It can use in Education, training, games, simulation, information presentation and corporate presentation. The multimedia contents are videos, audio\ music, online games, Online test, courseware, podcast and vodcast. All of this is helping you to interact online, some can comment and play with friends online.  

LESSON 8: Collaborative ICT Development

COLLABORATIVE ICT DEVELOPMENT

In this lesson we will know some online collaborative tools like Facebook Group that allows us to create group pages to communicate ideas. Also we have Word Press that allows us to multiple contributors for a blog. We can also add here the G Suite, Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides that allows us to present program offered by Google. We can also have Microsoft Office Online and Microsoft Yammer that allows us to work on different office files and offers companies to have own social network to share and manage content. The next one is the Trello that offers us an online checklist for the team. And the last tool is the Web Portal that contains information from different sources and paces them in one location in a uniform way.

LESSON 7: Online Platforms as Tools for ICT Content and Development

ONLINE PLATFORMS AS TOOLS FOR ICT CONTENT AND DEVELOPMENT

In this lesson, we all know that in our daily life today we used internet in doing such things and in our learning purposes. Online platform is developed by using internet technology and some of the platforms are the social media that allows us to interact with other people like on Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr. The blogging which focuses o the content and design like Word Press, Tumbler, and Blogger that we can create our own website or blog. The presentation/visualization  which allows us to communicate information clearly and efficient by using graphic organizer and plots like Prezi, Zoho, Slideshare and Minmeister. The cloud computing that allows us to keep and store our files in a safe place like Google Drive and Dropbox. The Web Page Creation focusing on the design and in important element in overall appearance of the websites like Wix and Weebly. The files management that store, haming and sorting a handling tools like Zamzar and Word 2pdf. Also the mapping which involves google maps and ikimapia.

We have to strive for consistency to know the identity of our project. Provide a rich st of links within the site to locate the pages, don't hide important information and make it accessible. The web medium provide opportunities for us to interact with other people and take advantage of the text in browsing your site. We have to know the content and the goals at the project we have. Also, provide a link for every URL used in the site. In doing a site you have to convey the context of the site and include a brief introduction. And make the site's homepage as useful a starting point as possible. We also have to make sure that the text we used can be easily read. We have to make sure the site is platform independent, and considering the needs of the viewers. Also, test the site and carefully proof read to maintain high level of professionalism.

IMAGING AND DESIGN FOR ONLINE ENVIRONMENT

In this lesson we learned how to edit a photo/image from different sources. We need to know the balance principles of graphics and lay-out for us to know of what we should put an emphasis, variety, pattern, repetition and rhythm in an image. We also encounter here the info graphics which was presented through pictures with brief explanation. we use cropping, color balance, filters and brightness and contrast and compression and resizing are the basic techniques of image editing. We can also upload and share it online.

In this lesson l've learn about ADVANCE PRESENTATION SKILLS, like magic point,open office, power dot and so on. That help me easy to use and make something about presentation software.And i learn about some key term of Microsoft power point like slide, it is a single page of a presentation. And F5- displace slide show, shift + F5 and so on. And hyper links that can allow you to jump to another location. And to make an effective presentation like minimize slide, clear types of text that you need choose.

LESSON 4: Advanced Spreadsheet Skills

ADVANCED SPREADSHEET SKILLS

In this lesson we use the Microsoft Excel and we learned about the keyboard short cuts for making cells, series of numbers and dates. The Microsoft Excel is a spreadsheet that we can use when we work, the example of it is computing a grades. We knew that we can compute in this spreadsheet using formulas and functions like =sum which was used to total the item in a range. The = average which is the average of all the item of the range. The =count which is the value that has been found in the average. In function it uses the =count If for computing the summation of the range and the =average If for computing the average of the range.

LESSON 3: Advanced Word Processing Skills

We will encounter here the Microsoft word and we will know here how to make a mail merge which allows us to send letters in many recipient. First of all, there are two components of mail merge. The one is the form document which contain the main body of the message we want to send and the second one is the list or data file which contain the individual information and the last one is the label generation which was  send in individual addresses.

In this lesson we also used integrating images and external material like pictures, clip art, shapes, smart art, chart, and screenshots. We can also use the image implacement in inserting a picture in a  document. Some of these are in line with text, square, tight, through, top & bottom and behind text.

LESSON 2: Rules of Netiquette

RULES OF NETIQUETTE

In this lesson we will know here the proper use of of internet, because there are so many threats nowadays in an online world. Some of these are malware which was the viruses, worm, and trojan that are the malicious program which was inserted in your computer of laptop. and sometimes they look for a victim to get an personal information like passwords and credit card details.

We can avoid these threats to be stay safe online and these are the following: Be mindful of what you share, do not just accept terms and conditions instead read it, avoid logging in to public networks/ Wi-Fi, do not talk to strangers, do not share your password to anyone, avoid visiting untrusted website and many more. Also, all the information we get in the books or in the internet is having an author, so we have to avoid copyright infringement by being responsible, creative and you must know the law. if ever you have the same findings on the internet or books make sure to make a citation of it. Always be reminded that think before you click.

In this lesson entitled the introduction to information and communication technologies, it is the different kinds on how we use internet lang technologies for communicating other people. ICT has done a big part in our society today. There has many trends in ICT and one of it is the social media that we always use. We have here the convergence which was use in a work to accomplish one goal or task. Some of this trends is the mobile technology like photos and many more. We also have assistive media which help all the disabled people.

We will see in this lesson the evolution of all the websites from web 1.0 up to web 3.0. The web 1.0 is as is, giving information and it cannot be manipulated by your reader. While web 2.0 is more advance, because in this website we can interact with the pages. We can share, comment, and create an another information and many more. And lastly, the web 3.0 allows data to be shared and reused across application, enterprise and community boundaries.
