ICT AS PLATFORM FOR CHANGE
ICT played a big role in the history of the Philipphines because it brought us to what we are right now like in the happenings of EDSA people power revolution where Cardinal Sin encourage the Filipinos to throw Ferdinand Marcos as a president by announcing it in the radio station of radio Veritas from Feb. 22- 25, 1986, where we gain freedom. Also, the EDSA dos where president Estrada want to over throw by the Filipino for corrupting their money in Jan. 17-21, 2001 and it happened because of text brigades in. Also the million people march on Luneta because of the misuse of the PDAF and use Facebook and change.org as their mediums. we also have the Yolanda people finder to access help in their relatives.That are roles of ICT in our previous life and can helps us a lot and also changed us every single time.
