We will encounter here the Microsoft word and we will know here how to make a mail merge which allows us to send letters in many recipient. First of all, there are two components of mail merge. The one is the form document which contain the main body of the message we want to send and the second one is the list or data file which contain the individual information and the last one is the label generation which was  send in individual addresses.

In this lesson we also used integrating images and external material like pictures, clip art, shapes, smart art, chart, and screenshots. We can also use the image implacement in inserting a picture in a  document. Some of these are in line with text, square, tight, through, top & bottom and behind text.

In this lesson we will know here the proper use of of internet, because there are so many threats nowadays in an online world. Some of these are malware which was the viruses, worm, and trojan that are the malicious program which was inserted in your computer of laptop. and sometimes they look for a victim to get an personal information like passwords and credit card details.

We can avoid these threats to be stay safe online and these are the following: Be mindful of what you share, do not just accept terms and conditions instead read it, avoid logging in to public networks/ Wi-Fi, do not talk to strangers, do not share your password to anyone, avoid visiting untrusted website and many more. Also, all the information we get in the books or in the internet is having an author, so we have to avoid copyright infringement by being responsible, creative and you must know the law. if ever you have the same findings on the internet or books make sure to make a citation of it. Always be reminded that think before you click.

INTRODUCTION TO INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES

In this lesson entitled the introduction to information and communication technologies, it is the different kinds on how we use internet lang technologies for communicating other people. ICT has done a big part in our society today. There has many trends in ICT and one of it is the social media that we always use. We have here the convergence which was use in a work to accomplish one goal or task. Some of this trends is the mobile technology like photos and many more. We also have assistive media which help all the disabled people.

We will see in this lesson the evolution of all the websites from web 1.0 up to web 3.0. The web 1.0 is as is, giving information and it cannot be manipulated by your reader. While web 2.0 is more advance, because in this website we can interact with the pages. We can share, comment, and create an another information and many more. And lastly, the web 3.0 allows data to be shared and reused across application, enterprise and community boundaries.
